The Saints are kings of Stilwater, but their celebrity status has not gone unnoticed. Years after taking Stilwater for their own, the Third Street Saints have evolved from street gang to household brand name, with Saints sneakers, Saints energy drinks and Johnny Gat bobblehead dolls all available at a store near you. Professor Genki, a character from the Professor Genki's Super Ethical Reality Climax Activity, has served as an unofficial mascot for the game, and has two vehicles and a weapon named after him. Whereas the previous games charted the 3rd Street Saints' rise to power over Stilwater, Saints Row: The Third charts their adventure in a new city: Steelport. Like the previous two games in the series, Saints Row and Saints Row 2, the game is an open-world sandbox. while gliding in wingsuit, press and hold S key to fly up.The game begins with the player "on top of the world, right at the beginning of the game, with all the perks that go along with being the head of an elite criminal organization". when you're high enough in air, press game's jump key to deploy wingsuit. by default, press and hold Middle Mouse Button to take off. can still be damaged visually, but the health won't go down at all. works on the vehicle you ARE driving on. use flow skills anytime you want, regardless of the remaining flow. cooldown would be reset to zero and the percentage would start building up normally once you executed a finisher.
allows you to execute finisher on enemies anytime you want, regardless of the cooldown percentage. this is because of a lazy approach to prevent affecting knuckles or melee weapons' ∞ visual status. but that just means if you want to revert back to min-value method, you just have to quite to desktop and restart. e.g., if applied to pouch, even if you reset it to min-value-method, ∞ may retain after reloading a save during the same game session. * IMPORTANT* ∞ effect may stay for the whole game session. when clip or pouch is in ∞, the remaining ammo in store or home weapon stash of that weapon would appear at -1, it's normal. when clip is in ∞, you can reload anytime, but you can't achieve goal or activate skills that require low ammo. you can choose ∞ from the drop-down-list to apply ∞ to the weapon's clip or pouch separately. allows you to choose to apply ∞ on clip/pouch, or stop decreasing with a minimal value. health still drop until one chunk remains. ammo pouch is still ∞, but ammo clip can be decreased until it reaches 1. it works on non-grenades-based skills (e.g. it allows you to choose the min clip/pouch allowed method, or go straight for ∞. added indestructible vehicle and fly mod refine the control in general, i.e., you can fly up higher and faster now, and when you release the fly up key, the animation won't stutter like before.
