Maybe the older MacBook though slower may be more reliable? any help on this would be amazing ( Haven’t tested the Mac with SD3 only the laptop and even after a fresh install of windows and nothing other than SD3 installed, when using sd3 in practice it occasionally randomly drops out and then back in or sometimes I have to go into settings and rescan audio hardware for it to work again? I wonder if it’s a setting somewhere causing this? Buffer size is set to 64. Anything that anyone could offer their insight into would be awesome.įirst question is what would the ideal setup be using the gear I have, The gear I have at my disposal to use isĮither a relatively new fairly powerful laptop or a old MacBook Pro 2009. Firstly sorry for the novel this may turn out to be but I just have some questions about using using superior drummer 3 with my td30 in a live situation.
